House fully renovated in 2013, conveniently located thirty metres from the sea and coastal path that connects The Fleet in St Martin. Mini Spa pool heated (April - October) secured by a flap electrical. House very comfortable and very well equipped for 6 people. Linen and towels are supplied. Unlimited Internet. Private Parking.

The house is composed of 3 rooms and a small adjoining room to accommodate a child.

A lovely home, in beautiful La Flotte, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable family stay - washing machine, dryer, smoothie maker, filter coffee machine, gas bbq and of course all the basics too. Great layout - perfect for 2 families sharing as 2 of the bedrooms and a bathroom are in a separate annexe. Newly appointed to a high standard and very practical. Wonderful garden with the pool being a lovely bonus. Pascale and Phillipe are great hosts and went out of their way to help us in many ways during our stay. Note: access to the house is down a street with a ‘no entry’ sign, and taxi drivers may be reluctant to take you to your door so check with pascale before arriving who will be able to clarify. Would definitely recommend the house to friends and family!
