The owner's note, Nathalie
the house has 5 bedrooms including four on the ground floor, both overlooking the venelle, who is very quiet and two on the courtyard/garden. The last room on the top (suite) overlooking the courtyard and also has a lovely terrace. The house is clear and the court very sunny, the latter measuring approximately 80 m2. On the terrace of the master suite, it measures about 15 m2. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need additional information on the house or the small village of Ars-en-Re.
