Located in a residence with heated swimming pool, park, bowling green, playground and a few steps from the port of La Flotte, this house is ideal for family holidays. An entrance courtyard, ideal for enjoying the sun from the rays, provides access to the house. The ground floor includes a living room with TV area, dining area and open kitchen; also separate WC. The upstairs landing leads to a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. A private parking space is located in the basement of the residence. The price includes all bed, bathroom and kitchen linen. IN SUMMER RENTALS ARE ONLY FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY! The "proportional" tourist tax is extra. The price includes administration fees (24 € including tax) Cleaning is optional: 60 € RESERVATIONS ON OUR SITE CAN ONLY BE MADE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
