Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful single-storey house in a quiet location in the charming village of La Flotte. The property is ideally located in a quiet street, 3 minutes from the heart of the village and the port of La Flotte by bike. The house consists of a bright living room tastefully decorated with an open kitchen and a pleasant living room, a separate toilet, three bedrooms including two bedrooms with a double bed of 180x200 cm (one of the double beds can be separated into 2 90x200 cm single beds), and a childrens room with two 90x190 cm bunk beds. All bedrooms have a shower room.
The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the garage. Outside, a pleasant furnished patio on the kitchen side and a terrace on the swimming pool side invite you to share moments of conviviality around a meal.
