Rental close to the port, shops, market and a few minutes walk from the beach. This apartment is located on the ground floor of a cute little residence, with direct access to the port. The entrance leads to a living room with lounge / living room and open kitchen, a bedroom (bed 80x2X190cm) with cupboard, a bathroom (completely redone in 2020) as well as a separate toilet. Access to the courtyard is through the living room or the bedroom. On sunny days, you can enjoy the garden furniture and deckchairs.
In the basement of the residence is the private parking space to park your car. A space is also dedicated to bicycles. While being quiet, the apartment is located 30 meters from the marina of Saint Martin de Ré. Perfect location to forget about the car during the holidays!
