In one of the most famous pedestrian streets of the port of Saint Martin de Ré, you will find this apartment, a true love nest for two, tastefully decorated, a real cocoon for the holidays.
Located on the floor of a building, it is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: an entrance
- on the floor: a living room with lounge, open kitchen and a dining area where you can have lunch with a view of the church, a bathroom and a separate toilet
- on the mezzanine: a sleeping area with a lovely sea view
Right in the center of Saint Martin, just a few steps from the marina and close to shops, it is ideal for enjoying your vacation and forgetting the car!
The price includes all bed, bathroom and kitchen linens.
The price includes the administration fees (€24 incl. VAT)
The 'proportional' tourist tax is additional
Cleaning is optional: €50
You will access the accommodation via the pedestrian street. Parking is paid in Saint Martin de Ré from March 20th to November 11th. Fixed rates are available at parking meters: €15 per day, €60 per week. There are two free parking lots at the ends of the village: the Favorite parking lot towards La Couarde-sur-Mer behind the cemetery and the Target parking lot towards the south of the island.
RESERVATIONS ON OUR SITE CAN ONLY BE MADE FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY OR FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
