Le Bois Plage en Ré, belle villa en location avec piscine, située face à la dune, très bien exposée, meublée avec goût. La grande plage à 70m, les commerces 600m. Piscine sécurisée par un volet électrique chauffée par lames à récupération de chaleur (+5°C par rapport à la température normale de l'eau).3 lits de 160/200 ou 2 de 160/200 et 1 de 160/200 ou 2fois 80/200 dans la maison principale Dans l'annexe 1 de 140/190 et 1 de 80/190. .Literally 70 metres from the beach (the sea, the dune and then the house), the house is ideally located. The swimming pool is secured with a rigid cover. It is also heated through a heating coverage system, allowing a 5°C temperature above the nomal water temperature.

Great family property in a superb location. The house is very well equipped and the pool a great size - perfect both for adults and small children alike. If you want a change from the pool a wonderful and quiet stretch of the beach is literally on your doorstep. The owners are a lovely couple and a pleasure to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend staying here, and a great base to explore the beautiful island by car or bike.

We stayed at this property a couple of times several years ago, and were very happy to return as it's a lovely house in a great location - not too far from the centre of Bois-Plage, and a short walk over the dunes (which are on the other side of the road) to get to the glorious beach. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and we definitely plan to come back again in the future.
Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa deux fois il y a plusieurs années et nous avons été très heureux d'y retourner car c'est une belle maison très bien située, pas trop loin du centre de Bois-Plage et à quelques pas des dunes (qui sont de l'autre côté de la route) pour se rendre à la magnifique plage. Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et serviables, et nous avons bien l'intention de revenir dans le futur. -
Très grande maison très bien équipée et avec un emplacement idéal. Parfait pour venir à plusieurs familles: les espaces communs sont grands et en même temps chacun a son espace et peut circuler sans déranger les autres car chaque chambre donne sur le jardin et la piscine.
Propriétaires agréables, à l'écoute et compréhensifs.

We had a marvellous family holiday with 3 generations in this lovely house very close to the beach and a short walk and even shorter bike ride into Le Bois. Ideal location for exploring the island on bikes. Lots of room in the house which is very well equipped for a large group. Would highly recommend the house. Andre is very accommodating however, he does not speak English but google translate proved very useful re emails to which he was very prompt at replying to.
