Located on the Ile de Ré, in the emblematic village of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, is an exceptional place in many ways. Its location, on the islet, places it in the heart of the mythical port of the town fortified by Vauban.

This shipowner's house, on three floors, has 6 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 11 travelers, 5 bathrooms, including one totally decorated with shells by the famous architect Jacques Garcia, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 living rooms, one of which, on the top floor, with a breathtaking view of the port and the ocean.

Outside, the Bastide has a large west-facing terrace which will allow you to enjoy sunny moments of relaxation, as well as a beautifully wooded garden which offers, the height of luxury, the only bathing point on the islet: a 3.50m spa.

Finally, an after-beach or after-spa bathroom completes this charming garden. It is topped with a roof terrace allowing you to enjoy, in particular, the sunset over the port.
