The house consists of 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (double sinks, shower and bath in both). The 4th bedroom is located in the comfortable annex situated in the back garden and has its own shower room and toilet. The ground floor consists of a large open planned lounge and dining area with a separate conservatory equipped with a desk and printer. The kitchen is equipped with a very large American style fridge, coffee machine and microwave and has everything you need in the way of amenities. A second small dining area and utility room makes up the rest of the ground floor. Outdoors is divided into two spaces: the front and back. The front of the house is blessed with sunshine most of the day and has a small heated pool and outdoor shower area as well as storage space for bikes and surf boards. The back garden gets the sun from midday onwards until sunset and offers a wonderful patio with a pizza oven and plancha area. If you prefer to get some shade, there is another dining area situated on the side. Choices galore.
