The immediate proximity of the beautiful beaches of La Couarde sur Mer and its location very close to the village center are some of the major assets of this villa.
The entrance gives access to an open kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area. This spacious, bright and friendly living room opens directly onto the garden with terrace and heated swimming pool. You can also enjoy the patio on sunny days.
The sleeping areas are divided into three parts:
- a bedroom on the ground floor with its private bathroom (shower, bath, WC) and pool access
- a second part at the back of the house with two bedrooms as well as a bathroom
- upstairs, the third part consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. For your comfort, the house also has a laundry room.
Bicycles can be parked in the garage and cars on the ground.
Both functional and friendly, this villa will allow you to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends, while allowing you to rest away in one of the sleeping areas.
However, you will inevitably face a dilemma: once you have reached the end of the street, should I put my towel on the right side of Le Peu des Hommes beach or rather on the left of Les Ânneries beach?
Our animal freinds are not admitted. Furnished tourist accommodation classified 5 stars on 04/04/22.

Cleaning is optional: €200 This house is exclusively rented on Fridays Friday in summer and fortnightly.
The swimming pool is open from April 9 to September 30, 2022. It is heated from May 7 to September 30, 2022.
It is possible at certain times to rent three, four and five bedrooms.
