The vast setting open to the sea of our property, not overlooked, can accommodate a marquee for 180 guests. A private driveway leads to the house in the center of the grounds. Our house is built around a walled patio. The charm of this patio creates an atmosphere that is both friendly and intimate, ideal for a cocktail or dinner. The size of the pool does not allow its use during an event. Accommodation solutions are possible 5/10 minutes walk from the property. Parking for vehicles is possible in the immediate vicinity of the property. Please contact us for a quote. We favor the requests of a wedding planner to ensure the smooth running of the event (respect for property and the neighborhood, administrative procedures as well as the safety of property and people). We can recommend an event organizer familiar with the house. The organizers must ensure the administrative procedures with the competent bodies and the decorum with the neighborhood as soon as possible. The installation of equipment (tent, electricity (fairground meter), parking, heating or toilets in particular) must meet safety and usage standards consistent with the number of people invited and present at the event. The organizers undertake to restore the property to its original state after the event by all necessary means in accordance with the inventory.
