Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful single-storey house in a quiet location in the charming village of La Flotte. The property is ideally located in a quiet street, 3 minutes from the heart of the village and the port of La Flotte by bike. The house consists of a bright living room tastefully decorated with an open kitchen and a pleasant living room, a separate toilet, three bedrooms including two bedrooms with a double bed of 180x200 cm (one of the double beds can be separated into 2 90x200 cm single beds), and a childrens room with two 90x190 cm bunk beds. All bedrooms have a shower room.
The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the garage. Outside, a pleasant furnished patio on the kitchen side and a terrace on the swimming pool side invite you to share moments of conviviality around a meal. You can also relax in the deckchairs around the swimming pool. You can park your vehicles in the street in front of the property and store your bikes in the garage.
