You will appreciate the refinement of its decoration, the quality and the comfort of the equipment, all this in a calm environment, close to the beach and the center of the village of La Flotte. Let yourself be seduced by the full-height living room opening onto the garden enclosed by dry stone walls. Large sofas, a beautiful fitted kitchen and a dining area invite you to share moments of conviviality.
The villa is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, one of which has a bath and shower.
Three bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 double beds, and one bedroom with two 80x200 single beds that can be combined into a double bed. One bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground floor and the other three upstairs. Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful garden with a swimming pool of 4.5 x 2.5 meters secured with electric roller shutter and heated according to the weather. Deckchairs are at your disposal to relax as well as an outdoor table and chairs for lunch and dinner outside. You can park your vehicle in the garage.
If necessary, the Clos Biret car park is located 300 meters from the villa (paying parking in season - around 50 euros for a week subscription).
