Large sofas, a beautiful fitted kitchen and a dining area invite you to share moments of conviviality. The sleeping area includes five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Four bedrooms are equipped with double beds 160x200, and one bedroom with two single beds of 80x200.
The house is also equipped with a laundry room. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant courtyard. Deckchairs are at your disposal to relax as well as an outdoor table and chairs for lunch and dinner outside. You can park your vehicle in a private car park near the house. If necessary, the Clos Biret car park is located 400 meters from the villa (paying parking in season - around 50 euros for a subscription).
