Deckchairs are at your disposal to relax as well as an outdoor table and chairs for lunch and dinner outside. The house is ideally located in a quiet street, 3 minutes from the heart of the village and the port of La Flotte by bike. You will appreciate the volumes of the living rooms. The dining room opening onto the terrace and the living room with fireplace invite you to share moments of conviviality. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal in a utility room. The sleeping area includes five bedrooms, two shower rooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. Four bedrooms are located in the main house, three bedrooms with a 160x200 double bed and one bedroom with a 90x200 single bed. A fifth bedroom in the annex has two bunk beds and a 90x200 trundle bed, a shower room with wc. You can park two to three vehicles within the grounds of the house.
