Ideally located, our villa, on one level, without vis-à-vis, and completely renovated in 2019, allows you to relax in peace while being close to the port (500m) and the beach (350m). The superb Le Richelieu thalassotherapy center is 350 m from the house for those who want to have some treatments during their stay. A closed courtyard allows you to park 2 vehicles in the enclosure and your bicycles. The outdoor living space is at the back of the house with a wooden deck. You can relax by the swimming pool (8m by 4m) facing south and heated from the April holidays to the All Saints holidays, depending on the weather. On the side of the house, a plancha is at your disposal. Our villa includes a large living room, with its open equipped kitchen, its dining room, its living room with television, and 2 sofas. We have installed a relaxation area under the veranda where a meridian and a small round table will allow you to relax, read, draw... Our dining room table measures 2.5 m and can easily accommodate 10/12 people. You can also use the portable Bluetooth speaker that we put at your disposal. The sleeping area, well isolated from the main living space, can accommodate 6 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. It delivers 4 bedrooms, a toilet, a shower room and a bath/shower room. The bathtub can be very useful when you have children. On the practical side, a second toilet is located in the day area of the house at the entrance.
