Welcome to Clos du Pertuis, an exceptional villa nestled on the island of Ré, in the picturesque village of la Flotte. Spread over a vast estate of 15,000m², this property embodies rustic luxury. With its 180m², peaceful location and sea view, it offers an incomparable holiday experience. This large house benefits from a privileged location, just a few minutes by bike from the medieval market of la Flotte, accessible via a customs path at the end of the property.
Le Clos du Pertuis offers a unique relaxation experience with its magnificent 4x8m heated swimming pool. Inside, the villa offers 4 bright bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom and sea view. Three other bedrooms, one of which is specially designed for children, offer all the comfort necessary for a family holiday. The property is oriented facing the ocean, providing you with exceptional brightness throughout the day. An isolated inner courtyard with dining area overlooks the heated pool. And on the sea side, a terrace and shelter will allow you to fully enjoy the soft Rétais evenings. A garage with electrical outlet is also made available to you for added convenience.
