LES SABLES - The ideal home in La Flotte
Located in one of the most beautiful towns in France, this charming house is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. It can comfortably accommodate up to six people and is a perfect base for exploring the Île de Ré, and more specifically the town of La Flotte, renowned for its port, market, and authentic character.
The house opens onto a covered courtyard which serves as the entrance to the property and provides direct access to the living areas and the garden. You will discover a welcoming space comprising an open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining room, offering a pleasant area for sharing relaxing moments.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. The and second bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the third bedroom has two single bunk beds.
The house includes a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. A second bathroom is available in a room that also serves as a laundry area with a washing machine and cleaning equipment, and it provides direct access to the garden.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with a terrace, ideal for meals and relaxation. There you will find a barbecue, garden furniture, a parasol, and two sun loungers to fully enjoy sunny days.
For parking, you can park your vehicle in front of the house or along the street. However, it is important to note that these spaces are not private.
This comfortable and welcoming house is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the island of Ré while being close to activities, beaches and the unique charm of La Flotte.

Bookings on our website can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. For a different period, a short stay, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us.
Check-in is generally between 4 PM and 8 PM, and check-out is between 8 AM and 10 AM. An additional fee applies for arrivals or departures before 8 AM or after 8 PM.
