You will be seduced by this villa with quality services and careful decoration. The pleasant indoor and outdoor living spaces guarantee you a peaceful stay. The location is ideal near the beaches. In this charming villa, each space is perfectly equipped so that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The sleeping area is made up of four bedrooms: - one bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be split into two 90x200 single beds, bathroom and toilet - one bedroom with a 160x200 bed, dressing room, bathroom and wc - a bedroom with two 90x200 single beds - an annexed parental suite with a 160x200 bed, shower room and wc - a bathroom and a separate wc The living space includes a fireplace with closed hearth, a television and wifi internet. The very well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine.

A scullery with washing machine and dryer. Outside, you will appreciate the two distinct spaces out of sight. On one side, a magnificent south-facing terrace with aperitif area, wooded garden, deckchairs and a 7x3m heated salt-water swimming pool (from April to September depending on the weather) and secured with an electric shutter. On the other side, a bar with barbecue and a summer courtyard to share meals in a friendly atmosphere. You can park your vehicles in front of the villa.

This really is a great house. 5 double bedrooms (either en suite or with private bathrooms), with a lovely pool in the front courtyard and a separate, rear courtyard with dining area, in built BBQ and bar. The communual space, dining and sitting, is spacious. The house is beautifully designed and decorated in the Retaise style. The layout is great for extended families or sharing with friends, as the bedrooms have privacy and not on top of one another. Plenty of space for lounging about outside, good wi-fi, and on street, but private parking. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ. I was really delighted when I arrived and saw the house for the first time. It didn't disappoint and in fact I don't think the pictures don't do it justice in terms of the convenience of the layout. My only suggestion for the future, is please provide more waste sacks for the poubelle. I had to buy some and of course they didn't fit the bins. But otherwsie well appointed.
