Charm and une conciergerie near one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (6 km of fine sand): sailing, catamaran, kitesurfing, surfing, golf, horse riding; ... so many activities that will delight young and old. Behind the dunes hide vast wooded areas suitable for long hikes. The center of the village is animated by many shops and a market (the largest on the island). On the gastronomic side, very beautiful tables await you as well as bars to quench your thirst when you leave the beach. The 101 m² villa consists of a living / dining room / fitted kitchen, bathroom, WC and 4 bedrooms, one with its own shower room / WC. The living room of nearly 40 m² opens onto the garden as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, 1 children's bedroom with two bunk beds (adult size). In the annex a double bedroom with its shower room. The main bathroom consists of a bathtub with a hand shower, a large basin and a heated towel rail. Many equipment will make your life easier and occupy your moments of relaxation as well as those of your children throughout the day: books and games (all ages), music. The exterior of the house has a garden with trees, not overlooked, a pétanque area, a terrace with an awning for your meals with friends and family.
