In this charming villa, each space is perfectly equipped so that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms:
- a room with a bed of 180x200 which can be separated into two single beds of 90x200, bathroom and toilet
- two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, dressing room, shower room and toilet
- A bedroom with two single beds of 90x200 that can be combined into a bed of 180x200
- a parental suite in annex with a bed of 160x200, bathroom and toilet
- a bathroom and a separate toilet
The living space includes a fireplace with closed fireplace, a TV and wifi internet. The very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine. A scullery with washing machine and dryer.
Outside, you will enjoy the two separate spaces out of sight. On one side, a beautiful south facing terrace with aperitif area, garden, deckchairs and swimming pool of 7x3m heated salt (from April to September weather) and secure with electric shutter. On the other side,
a bar with barbecue and a summer courtyard to share meals in a friendly atmosphere.
You can park your vehicles in front of the villa.
