Enjoy a holiday by the sea on the Ile de Ré, in this rehabilitated loft, ideally located 1km from the beach and 800m from the shops.
This old carpentry rehabilitated into a loft with raw charm enjoys a central location between the village of Bois-Plage, the heart of Saint-Martin and the beaches.
At the heart of the building, a comfortable living room of more than 100 m2 with open-plan volumes has a fitted kitchen, organized around a friendly island. In its extension, the living room easily accommodates six guests for moments of sharing with friends or family, while the large living room benefits from a wood stove, pleasant in mid-season.
A TV-office space separated by a glass roof will allow guests to isolate themselves if necessary, and distributes a bedroom with access to the garden and a large bathroom, as well as a separate toilet.
