Located in the pretty village of Bois-Plage. You will appreciate its comfort, its quality equipment, its neat decoration in natural colors, and the superb outdoor space with its swimming pool and its two magnificent palm trees. The location is ideal, close to the beach and the center of the village. A villa on one level, pleasant to live in, composed of a beautiful living room with corner sofa, a dining room and a large fully equipped fitted kitchen. You will also have a scullery with a second fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer. The sleeping area can accommodate 10 travelers. It includes five bedrooms including two master suites with shower room. Four bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (a 180x200 cm bed, two 160x200 beds and a 140x190 bed), and a children's room is equipped with two bunk beds and a bathroom. A separate bathroom with bathtub is always appreciated for children. Outside, a magnificent west-facing terrace invites you to relax quietly in the garden furniture, by the pool on the deckchairs, or around a meal under the shade cloth. The pool is secure and heated from April to October (depending on the weather). You can park your vehicle in the garage of the villa or in the impasse (free parking).
