Disappointing rental in view of the photos, which do not really reflect the real condition of the accommodation. The +: good bedding, clean toilets and spacious house The -: accommodation recovered in a more than basic cleanliness. Interior and exterior finishes falling to a totally amateur level, very clearly out of step with the expected standing but also taking into account the rental price. Illustrative examples: Paint spills, saltpetre on a corner of a wall, fitting of an improper external electrical outlet (which caused an electrical failure and that an electrician had to neutralize to restore power to the home ...), tiling incomplete or cracked Suggestion: it would undoubtedly be wise to ask building professionals to renovate this housing which is in great need (painting, electricity, tiling, carpentry).
