La Danaé is a traditional house of 250 m2 and 3000 m2 of garden. - Exceptional location: 50 meters from Patache beach, 500 meters from Trousse-Chemise beach, in a wooded and quiet residential area. The village of Portes-en-Ré is 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike. - Charm: single storey architecture typical of the Île de Ré, artisanal tiles, terracotta, exposed stones, magnificent 3000m2 garden, a truly private enclave of greenery. - Equipment: a beautiful heated swimming pool, a courtyard with a summer dining room equipped with a built-in barbecue and a gas plancha, a bowling green, a ping-pong table, a table football ... keep the whole family busy! - Layout: the property consists of a main house and two separate small houses, each of the seven bedrooms having its own bathroom. Perfect for a vacation with family or friends. -Comfort: generous volumes, top-of-the-range equipment, modern furniture, cheerful and colorful decoration. In short, a welcoming and very friendly house with discreet and warm luxury.
