Bon points : la localisation de la maison et son aspect général (très belle maison décoration sobre mais de bon gout) la cour intérieure est très agréable, on peut facilement garer les vélos devant la maison. Mauvais points: les équipements en général ne sont pas entretenus ce qui a donné une douche qui fuit, des mitigeurs mal fixés une douche sans eau chaude, la douche extérieure qui ne fonctionne pas absence de lampe de chevet dans la suite parentale, un étendoir à linge rouillé et raccommodé au chatterton marron qui ne tient pas debout, une machine a laver le linge pleine de moisi, une planche à repasser au revêtement troué et sale, les portes d'accés aux chambre de l'annexe que nous ne sommes jamais arrivés à fermer (heureusement il y a un code pour entrer dans la maison qui sécurise l'ensemble) La propreté de la cuisine laissait à désirer et le frigo n'était pas vidé. Pour plus de 8000 euros la semaine même située aux Portes en Ré on est en droit d'attendre de meilleures prestations. A ce jour (2 jours après notre retour) le propriétaire n'a pas jugé utile de répondre à nos réclamations.
