Magnificent renovated house with 5 bedrooms. Close to the cycle paths, the Phare des Baleines and one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ile de Ré, the house is 300 meters from the beach.

The house is comfortable and has a large living room / lounge opening onto the garden and the heated swimming pool. Secure private street in July and August Possibility of parking and on the free private parking nearby for several vehicles if necessary.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Large bright living room with lounge area and fully equipped open kitchen. Bedroom 1 with a double bed 180/200. Bedroom 2 with a 160/200 double bed. 2 bathrooms including shower, sink and WC

UPPER FLOOR: Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed 160/200. Bedroom 4 with 1 double bed 160/200. Bedroom 5 with 2 single beds 90/200. A bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The house is non-smoking. The swimming pool is heated from the 15th mail to the 30th September. Pets not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
