The owner's note, Marine

Pleasant, functional and quiet house: ideal for family vacations! This rental is located in a quereux, in the center of Saint Martin de Ré. It consists of a ground floor which serves a living room with lounge area, dining area and kitchen (completely new at the end of 2019); a WC as well as a storage room.

On the floor, the landing distributes a bedroom with double bed (160x200cm - new bedding), a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom (redone at the end of 2018) as well as a separate toilet. On sunny days, you can enjoy the garden. Two private parking spaces are in front of the house.

Bicycles can be parked safely in the garden, thanks to a gate which gives access to it.
