Quiet, in a pretty paved and flowery street, this village house welcomes you for the holidays. The spacious ground floor consists of a lounge area, a dining area under a glass roof and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. On sunny days, you can enjoy the flowered courtyard of 45m2 which is accessed either through the kitchen or through the dining area. You can also park bicycles there and use the washing machine in the small room at the end of the courtyard.
This village house is located in a quiet street, while being close to the port and shops. Its location is ideal to do without the car, and enjoy the Ile de Ré by bicycle. In September, this house can be rented with 2 bedrooms. Contact us!
