Discover this pretty house with Réthais charm, completely renovated in 2020. Located in the village center of Saint Martin de Ré, this house is ideal for making the most of your vacation: It is located 500m from the port and close to the departure cycle roads. The ground floor consists of an entrance with cupboard, a kitchen, a laundry room, a separate toilet and a living room giving access to the courtyard of 30m² with courtyard.

The floor landing leads to a bedroom with its bathroom, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The house will be tastefully furnished and decorated in the Réthais style. All equipment, furniture and bedding will be new.

The price includes all bed, bathroom and kitchen linens. Cleaning is optional: 90 € The 'proportional' tourist tax is in addition.

The price includes the administration fees (24 € TTC) A parking space can be rented in addition, in a secure basement 500 meters from the house (depending on availability).
