In a historic street, in the center of the village of Saint Martin de Ré, discover this family house full of charm and completely renovated. Pleasant and functional, the house has an entrance which gives access to the living room and the dining room. The kitchen, located in the extension, has a pleasant view of the garden. On the floor, the landing distributes two bedrooms with double bed, a dormitory bedroom with four beds for children, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate WC. Still on the floor, but with an independent staircase, a very bright relaxation room awaits you with an exceptional view of the village bell tower. On sunny days, you can enjoy the 120m2 garden located at the back. For convenience, the entrance to the house also gives access to the garden: ideal for parking bicycles in complete safety! The privileged location with the marina at the end of the street is a real asset. Our animal friends are not accepted. The price includes all bed, bathroom and kitchen linen.
