House for rent, very pleasant in any season thanks to its fireplace and its comfort. The very beautiful beaches of the Island are easily accessible by bike.

A delightful family house in the centre of St Martin close to most multi generational needs - beaches, bikes, boutiques, bars and restaurants - all within walking distance. We were 6 adults and 4 children + 2 under 5s. The agency across the street were always available to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our all too brief stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Saint Martin - the house has lots of space, a lovely laid back vibe, and is situated right in the middle of town. This property is great for someone looking to be in the middle of it all! It was incredibly easy and a pleasure to communicate with the owner and overall a fantastic experience.

We had a great holiday in this wonderful house. There was plenty of space for everyone and the outside courtyard with small BBQ was a godsend - peace and quiet and our own little space in the middle of St Martin. We walked daily to the market and bought breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can recommend this house without any hesitation at all. We loved it and would very happily go back.
