The yellow bedroom features two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet. The red bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. The blue bedroom also benefits from a private bathroom and WC, while the grey bedroom opens onto a private terrace. An additional bathroom with toilet is accessible from the landing. A mezzanine office space completes the upper floor, ideal for remote work in peace and quiet.

On the ground floor, a fifth double bedroom is paired with a bathroom located just across the hall, as well as a separate toilet. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for eight, extending into a large dining room with a generous family table seating fourteen.
