the house was lovely and as good as we had anticipated from the website . The arrangements were great and it was a bonus not to have to arrange linen separately. The office team were very helpful and got the problems with pool and water sorted very efficiently. So no criticisms , great holiday,

Very nice house, very spacious, as described and photos. The terrace with its pergola is very pleasant, heated swimming pool! The location is ideal, in a very quiet cul-de-sac a few meters from a very beautiful beach and very close to the village. In short, a very good stay. Only the cleanliness needs to be reviewed: stained duvets, cobwebs to sell, annex room not cleaned ... and no inventory on arrival to show this!

Ile de Re is an unbeatable place for a family holiday and this is an excellent property for a large family group. rnQuiet location but easy walking distance to a sandy beach and well-stocked supermarket. Great position for access to Ars for more shops and restaurants by bike. Bicycle hire about a mile away in Ars. Fantastic beaches can be found just a short cycle ride to the West.rnThe spacious property has recently been refurbished with good quality mod cons - fancy multicoloured led lighting, electric blinds and electric tilting shades on the terrace; USA style fridge freezer with icemaker, large Sony smart TV and good WiFi. rnThe pool has an electric cover and the steel railings keep young children on the terrace away from the pool until you can supervise them.rnMake sure your linen requirements are clearly stated and confirm it's organised close to your leaving date. The cleaning charge of 175 Euros seems a little steep though you have the option of doing it your self but then it's a big property to clean when while you're on holiday!rn
