Très belle maison, très spacieuse, conforme à la description et aux photos. La terrasse avec sa pergola est très agréable, piscine chauffée ! L'emplacement est idéal, dans une impasse très calme à quelques mètres d'une très belle plage et très proche du village. Bref, un très bon séjour. Seul la propreté est à revoir : couettes tâchées, toiles d'araignées à revendre, chambre annexe pas nettoyée... et pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée pour faire constater cela !
Ile de Re is an unbeatable place for a family holiday and this is an excellent property for a large family group.
Quiet location but easy walking distance to a sandy beach and well-stocked supermarket. Great position for access to Ars for more shops and restaurants by bike. Bicycle hire about a mile away in Ars. Fantastic beaches can be found just a short cycle ride to the West.
The spacious property has recently been refurbished with good quality mod cons - fancy multicoloured led lighting, electric blinds and electric tilting shades on the terrace; USA style fridge freezer with icemaker, large Sony smart TV and good WiFi.
The pool has an electric cover and the steel railings keep young children on the terrace away from the pool until you can supervise them.
Make sure your linen requirements are clearly stated and confirm it's organised close to your leaving date. The cleaning charge of 175 Euros seems a little steep though you have the option of doing it your self but then it's a big property to clean when while you're on holiday!
