You will be seduced by the volumes of the living spaces, soaking up the comforting and warm atmosphere of the place. Rejuvenate in the privacy of this family home with charm and neat and functional decoration! The House has a spacious living room which revolves around a majestic fireplace (not functional) and a fitted and equipped independent kitchen. The sleeping area has 4 bedrooms, details of which you will find below and an additional bedroom annexed to the ground floor. (entrance independent of the house). - a bedroom with a 140 bed as well as a shower cubicle and washbasin. - A second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, shower cabin and toilet, - A third bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a suite with a 160 cm bed, shower room and dressing room. - An annex with a double bed and a shower room/wc. Spoil your guests with a good meal in the covered summer dining room with barbecue and garden furniture. SWIMMING POOL WITH SECURITY (Mini Pool of less than 10 m2) Practical side: Large enclosed garden with forecourt for bicycles. Cars (2) can also be parked PLEASE NOTE: ELECTRIC VEHICLES CANNOT BE RECHARGED AT HOME. For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen is extra at the price of 35 € per room. Please note that the beds are not made on your arrival unless you wish, at an additional cost of €5 per bed, to be ordered 10 days before your arrival.
