On the ground floor, a living room - dining room and a fitted kitchen. Upstairs, two bedrooms including a romantic double bedroom with a 140x200cm bed, a boat cabin style bedroom with two 80x190cm beds, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The kitchen and living room open onto a patio with garden furniture. Access to the garage is from this patio and above it is the third large bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and an 80x190cm bed as well as a shower area. This third bedroom opens onto a sunny terrace which overlooks the patio (deckchairs, small lounge). Access to the garage with bicycles or small car is via rue de La Clavette, i.e. 2 entrances, one via the impasse du Petit St Martin and the other via rue de La Clavette on the garage side.
