Ideally located, our villa, single-storey, without vis-à-vis, completely renovated in 2019, which allows you to relax in quiet whilst being close to the port (500m) and beach (350m). The superb thalassotherapy centre, The Richelieu is 350 m away from the house for those who want to make some care during their stay.
An enclosed courtyard allows to park 2 vehicles within the grounds and your bike.
The outdoor living space is situated to the rear of the house with a wooden deck. You can relax at the swimming pool south facing and heated and holidays from April to the holidays of all saints ' day, according to the weather.
On the side of the house, a plancha is at your disposal.
Our villa includes a large living room, with its open equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with tv and 2 sofas. We have installed a relaxation area on the veranda, where chaise lounges and small round table will allow you to relax, read, draw... Our dining room table measuring 2.5 m and can easily accommodate 10/12 people. You can also use bluetooth speakers portable that we put at your disposal.
The sleeping area, well isolated from the main living area, allows d'accommodate 6 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. It delivers 4 bedrooms, a toilet, a shower room and a bathroom/shower. The bath can be quite useful when one has children. On the practical side, a second toilet is located in the space the day of the house to the entrance.

For those of you that like the absolute black, in addition to shutters, we have added black out curtains in every room.
