Beautiful house completely new, exposed full south, located in the heart of the village, of The Valley near, at the foot of the place des Tilleuls, market, shops, bike trails and the beach !
This lovely, spacious house without vis-à-vis will bring you great pleasure thanks to its situation in the village very appreciated of the'ile de ré and its exposition to the south.
This house is composed d's a large yard and d's a patio. The vast cour d'reception flowers, full south, you will enjoy the sun in the calm winds. It is composed d'a garden lounge with chairs and coffee table, chairs and parasol. The patio is the heart of the home, consisting of'a wooden table, chairs and d's a barbecue. It will make you enjoy breakfasts, lunches a little more l'shade if the sun is too strong, aperitifs and dinners in a mode of calm and pampering at l'sheltered from wind potential.
