This new single storey house has everything you need for a pleasant holiday!

Located in the heart of the village close to the beach and the market; Every detail is thought out to make everyone feel at home: layout, decoration, distribution and equipment. The main house consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with fireplace, all opening onto the garden with heated swimming pool and summer kitchen. A second living room will allow you to isolate yourself. Regarding the bedrooms, the house has two sleeping areas: - the in the main house: two parental suites with shower room and WC, one with dressing room - the second, independent, annexed with two bedrooms, bathroom and WC. For the practical part, it is possible to park up to three vehicles as well as bicycles in complete safety.

The rental also has a laundry room. On sunny days, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool and the summer kitchen. This house is ideal for a family vacation. In summer, the living spaces and the exteriors are both separate and open, well delimited without the conviviality being affected! The swimming pool is heated from April to September inclusive. This house can also be rented in two bedrooms (main house without the annex). Our animal freinds are not admitted.

The price includes all bed, bathroom and kitchen linens. The 'proportional' tourist tax is in addition. The price includes administration fees (24 € TTC) Cleaning is optional: 120 € This house is exclusively rented from Friday to Friday in summer.
