On the night side, 4 bedrooms, two of which have private shower rooms and a bathroom. A desk. Enclosed garden with terrace and courtyard, garden furniture, plancha and deckchairs. This is a lovely villa well located for the market and for the cycle paths to St Martin and La Couarde. It was a great choice for two families to share as the bedrooms are well spaced and the two main bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. The pool is great and there was a nice outdoor table for eating. There is plenty of room for bicycles and plenty of storage space. The villa could do with relaxed outside seating and the grass in the garden needs to be cut and weeded.

A very pleasant house in the center of Bois Plage, spacious and ultra well equipped. The swimming pool has nice dimensions. We all loved it!

Beautiful house, perfect location, an easy walk to Le Bois Plage and easy pleasant cycle to St Martin. House is perfect condition with high quality appliances and a great fenced off pool.

We had a fantastic week in Ile de Re, the Island is beautiful and apart from an unexpected heatwave at the start of the week, the temperature was perfect (mid 20's every day). The nearby beaches are lovely, good digging sand, not too busy (even in mid-July), rock pools, everything you could possibly want. rnrnThe house was also perfect, we have a very large house in England and sometimes find rental houses cramped, but the house felt light and airy, the kitchen was clean, well equipped and stylish. The pictures on the website do not really do the house justice. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and was very clean.rnrnWe liked the location too, the beach is too far to walk to, but we preferred the next beach along anyway, which was easier to access from the property. We were very near the cycle path and the capital St Martin de Re was an easy 20 minute cycle ride away. The market was easy walking distance, with fishmongers, butchers and an amazing fresh pasta seller. There are also 4 bike shops within a 10 minute walk. We were very underwhelmed with the local restaurants, so preferred buying food in to eat. rnrnThe communication could have been slightly better. The property is managed by a letting company in the next village, so you need to go to their offices to collect and drop off the key. The women in the office were very pleasant, especially when it came to my less-than-perfect French. rnUnfortunately, I didn't receive any joining instructions (I don't know if they went into my spam box as a subsequent email did). This property doesn't include duvet covers or towels and if you want linen and cleaning it is almost 300 Euros extra! I had asked for these on my initial emails, but it hadn't translated to my booking. There also was very little information actually in the property about the house and the area. rnrnSo, in all a lovely property, very highly recommended. rn
