Located in Portes-en-Ré, in a preserved natural environment, the Grand Marchais villa opens its doors to you for a unique experience combining modernity, elegance and authenticity. Expanded in 2024, this exceptional residence elegantly blends the charm of exposed stonework and high-end facilities, offering an ideal setting for rejuvenation.

Upon your arrival, you will be seduced by its 8 spacious bedrooms, allowing accommodation for up to 18 people. The villa consists of multiple living spaces, including a main house, an annex, an outbuilding, and a studio dedicated to service staff if needed. Three fully equipped kitchens, including a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area, will allow you to share convivial moments with complete freedom.

Located on a closed plot of 6,500 m², with no overlooking buildings, the villa offers direct access to the beach via a small private path. Enjoy an unobstructed sea view, particularly from the raised terrace by the sea, ideal for savouring an unforgettable sunset. The heated outdoor swimming pool, its pool house, and its petanque court promise privileged moments of relaxation.
