Spread over 200 m², the villa is organised around a main house and two annexes, offering everyone their own space whilst encouraging moments of conviviality. The enclosed garden, lush and completely private, invites you to relax in total privacy, with its many landscaped outdoor spaces: sunny terrace, outdoor furniture and a pétanque court with official dimensions for lovely summer games. Inside, a billiards table completes the leisure facilities.
The completely renovated house features a modern and fully equipped kitchen that will delight gastronomy enthusiasts. It notably includes a professional coffee machine, perfect for enjoying an espresso worthy of the finest cafés.
