Old house, lots of charm, very well located in the village,accessible to both the impasse of the Nightingale and the alley of the Gardens, close to shopping and beaches (600 meters from the beach of the Big Ring), very quiet. Possibility to rent also the house located just next door at 5 impasse du Rossignol,with a surface area of 65 m2 and consists of a living-dining room, 1 kitchen, 2 double rooms (2 beds of 80 separate and 1 double bed 160), 1 single room (bed 110), 2 bathrooms with W. C. and a small courtyard garden with flowers.
