Beautiful villa, very bright, facing south, on the edge of a pine forest, on a plot of 1000 m². The living space of nearly 50m² with fireplace includes a lounge area and a beautiful kitchen-dining area open to the outside. The very well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, an entrance with separate toilet.

The night part consists of 5 bedrooms.
