The house, all comfort is a real little jewel, charming, sheltered from all eyes at the end of the impasse. Close to all the shops, restaurants, beaches, the house is equipped with a spa to allow you a well-being and relaxation break on the Ile de Ré! The single-storey has a patio, a terrace with spa and outdoor table. Inside, you will be charmed by the pretty living room with workshop window separating the bedroom with bathroom and walk-in shower.

Energy costs and linen (sheets + towels) between the months of October and March:
- 24€/person and per stay beyond the room
- 20€/day for energy consumption linked in particular to the spa in case of use
