In the heart of Saint Martin de Ré, in the cobbled streets of the village, discover this completely renovated house, ideal for holidays. Functional, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, it consists on the ground floor of a living room with TV lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a bedroom with double bed (160cm), a cabin bedroom with bunk beds (80x190cm), a bathroom and a separate toilet. On sunny days, you can enjoy the courtyard, with its furniture (deckchairs and table) and its BBQ. Bicycles can be hung on the ring on the facade. The house is quietly located in a pedestrian and secure residence.
Note that the stairs leading to the floor are not equipped with guardrails.
This rental cannot therefore be rented with children under 8 years old. Our animal freinds are not admitted.
The price includes all bed, bathroom and kitchen linens. The 'proportional' tourist tax is in addition.
The price includes the administration fees (24 € TTC) Cleaning is optional: 60 €
