Come relax and recharge your batteries at the Villa located in the heart of the village of Saint-Martin. You will appreciate its comfort, its quality equipment, and its beautiful volumes. Young and old have their own spaces. The location is ideal, close to shops, the market and the port. The Villa is a beautiful, charming, typically Rhetais residence, pleasant to live in, consisting of a beautiful full-height living room with sofas and fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. You will also have a scullery with a washing machine and a dryer. The sleeping area can accommodate 10 travelers. It has five bedrooms including two master suites, one on the ground floor with bathroom (bathtub and shower), and the other upstairs with shower room. A third independent bathroom is also available. Three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, and two children's bedrooms are equipped with two single beds. Outside, a magnificent sunny courtyard invites you to relax quietly on the deckchairs, or around a meal. You can park your vehicle in a paying car park located nearby (subject to availability) and your bicycles in the large entrance or in the courtyard. The Villa is quietly located while being close to the market, shops (25 meters) and the port (200 meters), and a few minutes walk from the beach of La Cible. You easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
