Live an authentic experience on the Ile de Ré by staying in this characterful house nestled in the heart of the picturesque Old Port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré.
The house has been carefully renovated while preserving its character. It consists of five comfortable rooms, which can accommodate up to ten people. Each room is tastefully decorated, offering a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.
One of the major assets of this property is its small private pool, ideal for cooling off in complete privacy after a day spent exploring the lively streets of Saint-Martin-de-Ré or enjoying the surrounding beaches.
The living spaces are spacious and bright and are broken down as follows,
A dining room and a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace.
ON the ground floor you will find an entrance, a laundry room as well as a master suite (bedroom with bathroom, bathtub and shower), a living room with double sofas and TV.
A staircase leads to the floor where we discover a private sleeping area with a master suite with sea view (bedroom, bathroom, toilet and dressing room), a second sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with sea view and terrace, and two other bedrooms facing the street, a separate bathroom and a separate toilet.
You will also enjoy a pool (unheated) to relax.

Size: less than 10 m2.
Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard or in the entrance, in complete safety.
For your comfort, end-of-stay cleaning is included and the beds will be made for your arrival. Possibility of booking a home chef, caterer, grocery delivery on prior request.
The tourist tax is extra.
