The house is located in the heart of the village of Sainte Marie de Re, 2 steps from the market place of Antioch. Two large patios furnished protects and ensures quiet and privacy : dry stone, wooden decking, garden furniture and sofas, plancha, auxiliary heating,...everything is available to enjoy the outside at any time of the day.
The interior of 125 m2 offers the simplicity and charm typical of the island of Ré. The main room of approximately 60 m2 is very bright and warm. Its decoration, in a spirit of "flea market" gives it a relaxed atmosphere.
The kitchen is open to the living room is very functional. In addition to the classic equipment ( dishwasher, oven, microwave, table, vitro...), you have a coffee pod, a robot cooker and...a "cabinet" grocery good practice ( condiments, oil, starch, sugar....).
