We rent the villa for 12 people, the indoor and outdoor tables can accommodate 12 guests.
On the other hand, we have 14 beds and we can rent the villa for 14 people if there are small children.

Family house of 350 m² without vis-à-vis combines the Rétais charm with contemporary style with landscaped garden, swimming pool, patio and private parking and garage.

The villa is very well equipped internally and externally.

The large living room of 80 m² is bathed in light thanks to its triple exposure as well as its openings with brick partitions opening directly onto the garden.
- The house is in two bedroom areas with in the center, entrance, living room/kitchen, linen room and WC.

Central space:
- Entering on your left you will go down four small steps which is part of the charm of our Villa.
- You arrive in a large living room of 80M2 where you will find the living room, the dining room and an open kitchen with a very contemporary central island.

Sleeping area left side:
– 3 spacious Suites from 25 to 30 m2.

- 2 suites: Each of them has its double bed (160), its dressing room, its bathroom, WC and direct access to the garden or an interior patio.
- 1 suite with a double bed (160), and 2 beds (90), a bathroom, WC and dressing room with patio access.


Sleeping area on the right side:

– 3 spacious Suites from 25 to 30 m2.
- 1 suite with a double bed (160), bathroom, dressing room, WC with garden access
- 1 suite with two with 2 single beds, bathroom, dressing room, WC with patio access
- 1 parental suite with shower room and bathroom, dressing room and WC with patio access.

From your room you will hear the ocean… escape and relaxation...
The villa is ideally located: it is 2 min walk from the sea and 5 min by bike or car from the charming little town of Sainte-Marie de Ré-La Noue where you can do your shopping and rent bikes

We make our customers aware that we have a CSR approach and we respect government instructions for the heating of the villa and the swimming pool:
Regarding the swimming pool in mid-season, April, May and September, October the water temperature will depend on the outside temperature and most likely in our region between 19 and 21 °.
Obviously it is an indicative temperature depending on the night temperatures and the sunshine during the day.

The linen is optional for an amount of 186 € to notify us during the rental and to give to the concierge company or the person welcoming you on your arrival.
